Backup, Backup, and More Backup
We value your memories as much as you do. That's why we have a rigorous backup process to protect every image. From the moment they are captured until a year after the final delivery, your memories are safe with us.
Here's our process:

The memory cards used to capture your memories are not formatted and are kept in a safe place until the final work is delivered to you.

We create 3 copies of your memories; the first copy is on a solid-state drive where we will work, the second copy is on a hard drive that will not be touched, the third copy is on a server with cloud access.

After the final delivery, your memories are stored with us for 1 year.
